Mr. Bibek Khadka, an IT officer (Trainee), is pursuing Bachelor degree in Software Engineering from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He has assumed responsibility of how artificial intelligence may be linked up in law. 

He has developed various formats relevant to judicial procedures of Nepal.  In particular, he is dedicated to develop different formats of legal template that are essential to local governments.
